SwimDesk Live privacy

SwimDesk Live lets you browse swimming meets and results. Public pages can be read without an account. An account lets you follow meets, teams, and swimmers, receive updates, and connect with a swimmer through a coach's family invitation.

Information we handle

  • If you create an account, we use your email address, password, and account identifier to provide sign-in and keep your account secure.
  • We save the meets, teams, and swimmers you follow and your alert choices so we can show your updates and send the alerts you request.
  • If you enable device notifications, we use a device messaging token and platform to deliver those alerts. You can disable notifications in Account or in your device settings.
  • If you accept a coach's family invitation, we record that connection. Depending on the team's settings, you may see that swimmer's training and meet information, send an absence date and note, or answer a request for help at a meet. The team and authorized family members can see the information relevant to those actions.
  • Meet hosts and teams supply swimmer names, teams, meet details, times, and results. Public pages display information according to the team's publishing choices and our public results policy.

Service providers

We use Supabase for accounts and app records. We use Firebase Cloud Messaging and Apple Push Notification service to deliver device notifications. These providers process information needed to provide those services. SwimDesk Live does not use advertising networks or an analytics SDK, sell your information, or track you across other companies' apps or websites.

Your choices

You can browse public meets without signing in. In Account, you can change result alerts, disable device notifications, unfollow items, or delete a Live account. Deleting a Live account removes its sign-in, follows, device registrations, and family links. Published meet results remain part of the meet record. If your account also holds coaching work, contact us so the team's records can be handled correctly.

How to delete your SwimDesk Live account

Children and public results

SwimDesk Live is not directed at children under 13. Teams may hold information about youth swimmers. Public result visibility and requests to hide a swimmer from public search are explained in our public results policy.
